- Successful record working with local partnership groups, charities and disabled organisations in securing revenue funding and grants.

- Served on three committees: Licensing, Planning, Overview & Scrutiny.
- Board Member for East Kent Housing (shared housing services between four local councils - the first Arm's Length Management Organisation of its kind).
